In conjunction with our partner, Cima Investment Group, we acquired Dorset Place and engaged with the city housing authority to convert it into a dedicated facility to house veterans experiencing homelessness—providing safe, stable housing and support services to those who have served our country. This initiative reflects the values of delivering solid investment performance while contributing to lasting, positive change in the communities we serve.
